One Simple Mantra Has Made All the Difference: Get Off Zero. |
| Zero is the easy path.
Stay in the comfort zone. Do as little as possible and conserve your energy because now is not to the time to make ways and create results. Live in the shadows, hiding behind the easy tasks. Seek out and remain in spaces where complaining is socially acceptable entertainment. Believe that the sky is falling and it’s impossibly hard out there because of the politics, the trade wars or the weather. Buy into the fear mongering that people have stopped spending and so we should all just hunker down and stop seeking to find solutions. Staying at zero is the easy path and I’m seeing far too many business owners embrace zero. Zero is where dreams go to die or never get off the ground. Zero is a choice. It is also a choice I will NEVER make and that is why I have a track record of success across industries and over 25+ years in the world of business. What makes me successful? Simple. Every day I commit to getting off zero. That means, every day, even with only one lung working effectively, I’m committed to taking at least one action towards the BIG ROCKS that drive my business forward because to me, creating a thriving business is a non-negotiable. It’s heartbreaking to me watching people run out of runway, struggle to find clients and give up on their business dreams and so while I still have breathe in my body, I’m going to choose to show up. While not every day I’m not at my full strength , that doesn’t mean I gave myself a free pass to sink to zero. My commitment to getting off zero remains true. I’m still here, showing up to create impact because it is a choice I make daily. Every time I show up to speak, make an offer and invite people to join one of my programs, I’m inviting people to choose to get off zero and offering my hand to guide them to creating repeatable success.
