    • Create your own non-negotiables. It is time to stop living on the practice field (aka your comfort zone) and step it up and really go for it (aka growth mode.)
  4. A Focus on Building Endurance
    • Create more capacity as it is key to scalability and longevity. Stay in the game, love the discomfort of growth. and be committed to doing what is required (not just the things you want to do) to grow a thriving business.

That’s it.

Build the plan, take action, execute with urgency, repeat the pattern, and stay in the game. 

Stop overcomplicating things (with love, this is a choice you are making, and it’s painful to watch from the sidelines knowing this isn’t the only option.)

Business growth CAN be elegantly simple.
